Welcome

We provide highly subspecialized care for complex disorders of the digestive system and/or the immune system/allergies for pediatric and adult patients in WNY. Dr. Srivastava is the only MD in the USA with the dual Allergy-Immunology-Gastroenterology Board Certification. This unique solo private practice allows for personal and individualized care of these challenging patients. It is the only practice in WNY that permits continuity of care with the same physician for children with digestive disorders that persist into the adult years, including during pregnancy. We also provide state of the art care for patients with more routine allergic and immunologic or gastrointestinal conditions, with a focus on patient empowerment and quality of life.

Our practice is also deeply committed to the advancement of medicine. Dr. Srivastava, a State University of Buffalo Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Science, welcomes students, residents, and fellows to participate in the care of her patients, and in clinical and basic laboratory research.

Our Mission

We uniquely provide a highly specialized personal private physician practice to patients with the most complex gastrointestinal- allergy-immunology needs, across the age spectrum, allowing them to be cared for in an easily accessible community setting here in WNY.
